Re-importing products back onto Dilato.

If you have accidentally deleted your items do not panic. The process you take to re-import your items back onto your account depends on if your items are paired or not. 

If your items are paired:

Step 1.
Firstly, it is necessary to download your eBay active listing file from the Downloads page on eBay here - 
https://www.ebay.co.uk/sh/reports/downloads

Step 2.
Select ‘Download Report’ then choose the source as ‘Listings’. 

 

Now select report type as ‘All Active Listings.’ Your file will then download.

Step 3.
Next, once you have downloaded your eBay active listing file open it and select the ASIN column in the file.

Step 4.
If you then go to the Import Products page here - https://app.dilato.co.uk/import and copy and paste your items onto Dilato. Then press ‘Add directly to file’.

Step 5. 

If you then go to your Inventory page on Dilato and press on your ‘Unpaired Items’ section, you will find your asins.

 

You can then pair your items and complete a health-check to turn them active.

If your items are not paired:

- If your items are not paired the process is slightly different. You can either re-upload your items from an ASIN file you have saved.

- Add new ASINs in their place.

- Or re-import the ASINs from the Import Jobs page on Dilato.

Step 1.

You can retrieve your products by going to your Import Jobs page on Dilato and pressing ‘View’.

Step 2.

You can then copy and paste your asins from the View Import Jobs page to your Dilato Inventory.

Step 3.

If you then go to your Inventory page on Dilato and press on your ‘Unpaired Items’ section, you will find your ASINs. You can then pair your items and complete a health-check to turn them active.
