Re-importing products back onto Dilato.
If you have accidentally deleted your items do not panic. The process you take to re-import your items back onto your account depends on if your items are paired or not.
If your items are paired:
Step 1.
Firstly, it is necessary to download your eBay active listing file from the Downloads page on eBay here - https://www.ebay.co.uk/sh/reports/downloads
Step 2.
Select ‘Download Report’ then choose the source as ‘Listings’.
Now select report type as ‘All Active Listings.’ Your file will then download.
Step 3.
Next, once you have downloaded your eBay active listing file open it and select the ASIN column in the file.
Step 4.
If you then go to the Import Products page here - https://app.dilato.co.uk/import and copy and paste your items onto Dilato. Then press ‘Add directly to file’.
