How to use Dilato Dashboards
On your Dilato home page you will find the new Dilato Dashboards to help you track your total sales, total orders, new listings, total listings and also see your best selling products.
Firstly you will need to upload your sales data from eBay.
Step One -
Go to the eBay seller Hub and access the 'Downloads' page. - https://www.ebay.co.uk/sh/reports
Press 'download report'.
Step Two -
On the source choose the option 'orders'.
Step Three -
Next you will need to choose 'paid and dispatched'.
Step Four -
You can now press the download button on the bottom right-hand side.
Step Five -
Finally you need to go to Dilato and press the 'Upload Sales' button on the top right-hand side.
Choose the option 'Bulk Upload' and upload the file to Dilato. You will now be able to see your data on the different graphs.
This is what it will look like once the file has been successfully uploaded.
You can then view your best selling products at the bottom of the list. If you click the ASIN it will take you to the Amazon product.
This will allow you to easily spot your best selling types of items and focus on selling them.
