Completing a price and stock update.
On your inventory page click "Price & Stock without title & description" CSV.
This will download the update file.
Head to to the Seller Hub on ebay and press reports. Go to the "upload" section, this is the link:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/sh/reports/uploads
Select "Upload Template" and upload the file you've just downloaded.
Be careful not to accidentally upload the product create file again.
Your items will now be updated with the latest price and stock data. We recommend doing this at least twice a day, but the more you can do the more up to date your listings will be.
Please check the "status" column or do a "health check" on Dilato to make sure your products are updating correctly.
It is not uncommon to have a few failed, if you notice a large amount have failed, please contact info@dilato.co.uk.
Below are each price/stock files meanings:
PS Without Title & Description- This will download the file which only includes the price and stock data. This is the normal file to use.
PS With Description - This will download the normal file but also include your product description data. You use the file if you have edited your description template and want to update them on eBay.
PS With Title - This will download the normal file but include the product titles. You use this if you have edited product titles on the "inventory" page.
