How to order products on Amazon.
If you start placing too many orders on a single Amazon Prime account there is a small chance you may experience issues processing orders due to restrictions placed on your account by Amazon. This is not something to be worried about as there is an easy fix if it does happen, however it is important to be prepared if this does ever happen.
We have partnered with the DSCompany to help users to overcome Amazon's restrictions. You can learn more about the DSCompany here:
Step One -
To process your orders head to eBay & head over to your "awaiting dispatch" page.
Step Two -
Next to each order awaiting dispatch, select the order number under the "order details" column. The order number looks like this:
12-34567-89123
This will load up the page with the buyers address on.
(Please note the addresses are hidden on our screenshot).

Step Three -
Copy the "Custom Label (SKU)", this is the Amazon ASIN or the product title, & then paste this into Amazon.
Next find the exact product & click on it.
Step Four -
Now you are on the product, add the item to your basket.
NOTE - you do not need to add a gift receipt as Amazon no longer include the price.
Proceed to checkout.
Step Five -
Once you are on the checkout page, select "Add a new address".
Copy the buyers address from eBay into the correct address sections on Amazon.
Note - For the phone number, either put your own phone number, or just put in the postcode here.
Step Six -
Choose your payment option & select "Use payment method".
Set your billing address as your home address.
Step Seven -
Choose the fastest shipping option available, this is usually next day delivery.
Press BUY NOW, you have now ordered the product on Amazon.
Step Eight -
Now head back over to the sales record on eBay.
Click the blue dropdown menu next to "Print postage label" & select "Mark as dispatched".
You DO NOT need to add any tracking to the order.
This is the process now complete.
